After my sister had left it was time for me to move to my new host family. I had been waiting for that time for a while and was het-up. Before that though, I visited my dear friend Juliana, who had been in Southhampton with her host family for the past month. Was that a beach or what!!! I found the biggest seashell I have ever seen, it was the size of my hand, freaky I know!
Had spent two days there it was time for me to go back to DC, where my new host family was getting ready for our vacation in Martha's Vineyard. I knew that Juliana will be there in two weeks as well, so I was more than ready to go :) We drove there by car, which wasn't the most convenient for me, as I was squeezed between the two little pre-Ks on the back seat, but hey, I survived ;) Luckily we stopped in Boston that night and the next morning I saw the beautiful downtown of Boston and also the famous University of Harvard, not bad I say, not bad!!!
The two and a half weeks I spent with my new host family was definitely a good start for the crazy-busy up coming school year, which wasn't so far at all.
