It was mid December 2008 when I was reading a paper and noticed something that got me way toooo excited. It said that Jon Mclaughlin will be in Borders at 18th St, today! I couldn't believe it, JON MCLAUGHLIN, yall!!! He was definitely my favorite singer that time and meeting him sounded so unrealistic. I had just seen him performing at the Oscars earlier this year. I remember sitting at home in Estonia, watching the Oscars and listening him singing, wishing to meet him some day and imagining it how it would look like in my head. And now, only 9 months later, I didn't have to imagine it anymore, I could really meet him! I remember being really nervous and choosing what to wear the whole morning lol.
I had made it to the Borders and heard him singing "Beating my heart", which definitely made my day and made me realize how much I loved him lol, too bad he was married. Soon it was time for the album signing and I made my way to the line. It was so freaky to really talk with him and touch him, out of this world. And the picture came out mad-cute as well.
I will always remember the day I met my first celeberty :)
